For over 15 years, Forward Community Investments (FCI) has been providing advisory services to nonprofits.  Now, and with the support of a Strengthening Communities Fund Grant through the Department of Children and Families, FCI will help insure that even more nonprofits will be able to increase their capacity.  FCI has partnered with Frank Martinelli, The Center for Public Skills Training, and Shelly Schnupp, SMS and Associates, to facilitate this extraordinary event.

Please join us at this no-cost workshop where participants will gain hands-on experience with an organizational self-assessment tool and receive an action-planning guide for expanding and building capacity.  The learning continues after the workshop through follow-up webinars, to help nonprofits continue to accomplish their goals.
